Animal Welfare Amendment Bill

Before you declare the House to be in Committee, Mr Chairperson, we have had a discussion about the ability for this bill, which is a multi-clause bill, to have all its clauses be taken as one question in its Committee stage, with one vote to be put at the end of the debate, rather than it being considered clause by clause, so that members can rove over the entirety of the bill’s clauses. So I seek leave for the Committee stage on the Animal Welfare Amendment Bill to be taken as one question.
