Copyright (Parallel Importation of Films and Onus of Proof) Amendment Bill

This Bill amends the Copyright Act 1994 to give effect to the Government's decissions in relation to parallel importing, onus of proof (in relation to aspects of copyright infringement) and clarification of rental rights.
