Gisborne District Council (Alfred Cox Park) Validation Bill

This Bill validates certain uses of Alfred Cox Park that are contrary to the Reserves Act 1977 and the terms of a Deed of Trust under which the was originally gifted to the Borough of Gisborne in 1944.
