Health and Safety in Employment Amendment Bill (No 2)

This bill amends the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992 to provide clarity regarding collaboration in multi-business workplaces, to provide consistency with the Evidence Act 2006 in relation to privilege against self-incrimination, and to provide a funding mechanism for the enforcement of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996
