Ngati Tuwharetoa (Bay of Plenty) Claims Settlement Bill

This Bill records the acknowldgements and apology given by the Crown to Ngati Tuwharetoa and gives effect to the deed of settlement in which the Crown and Ngati Tuwharetoa (Bay of Plenty) agree to a final settlement of all the Ngati Tuwharetoa (Bay of Plenty) historical claims.
