Parental Leave and Employment Protection Amendment Bill

The Bill extends the duration of paid parental leave from 12 to 14 weeks progressively over a two-year period and provides new paid leave entitlements to employees who have worked for the same employer for between 6 and 12 months who are not covered by the Parental Leave and Employment Protection Act 1987.
