Policing (Storage of Youth Identifying Particulars) Amendment Bill

This bill restores the ability of the Police under the Police Act 1958 to store fingerprints and photographs of youths for whom there is a proven outcome in the Youth Court and in respect of whom an order is made under the Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989.
