Resource Management Amendment Bill (No 2)

The Bill, virtually identical to the Resource Management Amendment Bill 313-2, includes two major changes: the limited notifications of resource consent applications is re-introduced, and the recommendation that the Environment Court should hear appeals on council decisions to not notify a resource consent application has been taken out.
