Social Security (Long-term Residential Care) Amendment Bill

This Bill amends the Social Security Act 1964. It amends section 69C relating to payment of the disability allowance, and amends Part 4 and Schedule 27 of the Act relating to the income and asset testing regime for older people requiring long-term residential care.
