Terrorism Suppression Amendment Bill (No 2)

This Bill creates a new offence relating to terrorist financing to criminalise the provision of general financial support to all terrorist organisations. It also makes related technical amendments to references to the Chief Justice, and amends the provisions relating to the timeframe for designation as a terrorist.
