Wellington City Council (Te Aro Reclamation) Amendment Bill

This bill aims to remove the requirements for the Wellington City Council, under the Te Aro Reclamation Act 1879, to sell or lease land only by notified public auction and to pay the proceeds of sale into a sinking fund.
