Has the Health Committee received a briefing from the Ministry of Health that addresses reports from submitters that ambulance services in some parts of New Zealand are fragmented, with some rural areas receiving substandard access to ambulance services, and that, in the case of some rural fire services, 80 percent of their call-outs are ambulance calls and only 20 percent are for fires?
