How many oral submissions were not heard by the select committee, and what was the reason for that?
Mr SPEAKERI am not sure that asking how many oral submissions were not heard can be a logical question. If they were not heard orally, they were not oral submissions. The second part of the question is out of order because the reason that the submissions were not heard is not the chair’s responsibility; it is a matter for the committee. I therefore have to rule the question out of order.
