I raise a point of order, Madam Speaker. I raise it in relation to question No. 2, and ask whether the question is indeed in order. The question asks how many New Zealand families will receive targeted tax relief through the Working for Families package. The Government cannot possibly know the answer to that question. We know it does not know, because it embarked on a $21 million advertising campaign. It is not possible for the Government to work out the take-up rate for that package, but we know that the take-up rate has been disappointing. Any answer the Minister attempts to give to that question will simply be pie in the sky, and should be ignored by everyone.
