I raise a point of order, Madam Speaker. I seek a point of clarification, actually. When you send a member from the House, it is normal that he or she is invited back, or allowed to come back, after question time, and I have since been informed of that. But I respectfully draw your attention to the fact that earlier on this afternoon leave was sought, and agreed to, that any question that, I think, the National Party in particular wants to put to the Rt Hon Winston Peters about events in the media this morning, can be put. Can he come back during question No. 12?
I thank the member. If the extra question that has been given does relate to Mr Peters’ ministerial responsibilities, of course he can come back. It does not necessarily have to relate to him; it could be on anything, as I understand it.
