I have determined that my proxy vote on the two votes that followed the second reading debate on the Taxation (Annual Rates, Business Taxation, KiwiSaver, and Remedial Matters) Bill was invalidly given as a “No” instead of an “Aye”. I now request that the vote be changed in order to validate and record the correct position.
