I raise a point of order, Madam Speaker. I know that you try to clamp down on the practice of people seeking leave to table documents and then wanting to make a speech about them. But a few moments ago when Paula Bennett sought to table a document, she said: “I seek leave to table a document from the Sunday Star-Times, which clearly states—”, and at that point the microphone went dead. The House cannot possibly have known what it was about. I just ask you, Madam Speaker, although I think you are on the right track, to perhaps give people an opportunity to say exactly what it is they are trying to table.
