I raise a point of order, Madam Speaker. Question No. 1 was put down to the Prime Minister and transferred to the Minister of Finance. Although I understand that the Government may at any time transfer a question, I put it to you, Madam Speaker, that the Prime Minister announced this deal, the Prime Minister was at the unveiling of those shiny red and grey trains this morning, and the Prime Minister put out the press statement after the unveiling of the trains this morning. I think this is a clear situation where the Prime Minister, on behalf of the Government, has responsibility—or is it that she, like every other taxpayer in New Zealand, thinks we paid too much—

I understand the member’s point of order. He will please be seated. The member has made his point. As the member made quite clear himself, the rulings are that the Government can assign the question to whomever. The member will please ask his question.
