I seek the leave of the House to give an answer to a question that was asked earlier.
What should the Speaker say? I suppose a Minister can seek leave to do anything. The Minister has sought leave to provide an answer to a question that was asked earlier. The question, I presume, was the question asked by Catherine Delahunty. The Minister has sought leave now to answer that question. I put it to the House. Is there any objection to that course of action? There is none.
