I neglected to seek leave to table another email. This one is from Roger Thomas in response to Nicky Wagner’s email. It is dated 8 December 2010 and says: “You must be pleased you are a list member of Parliament as I struggle to see how you could ever be elected”—
What is interesting here is that the member has used the point of order process to seek leave to table a document to read out an email. I guess it is possible to do that, but it is hardly in the spirit of the process of seeking leave to table a document. However, leave is sought to table a document that would not otherwise be available. Is there any objection to that course of action? There is objection.
