The member is entitled to seek leave. If members do not agree they can, at that point, decline. But whether or not I ruled it out of order, every member in this House is entitled to seek leave for a matter. It is then for every member to decide whether that leave should be given. That is what is happening here. Leave is sought. Is there any objection?
