The member will have to put the specifics down to the Minister. What I can say is that in attempting to put in place a regulatory framework of that nature we are trying to put some certainties so that people will actually invest in the long haul. I think that it is worth it for all consumers who will get ultra-fast broadband. If the member can think of a better way of doing it, she should go ahead and table that.
