I seek leave to table a second report that shows that Labour’s coalition negotiations have broken down in Wales, with the Labour Party’s proposals described as—
Leave is sought to table that document. Is there any objection? There is objection. Would the member please be seated when I am speaking. In future I will be enforcing that rule because members are abusing that procedure of the House in terms of not just identifying the document but giving speeches.
